Gigi Fratila

His managerial experience is related to his passion for caving and climbing. Gigi founded in 1997 a company for utility climbing. He also organized training courses for utility climbing for young people. He later became co-founder of Outdoor4U and trainer for programs that involve extreme sports: caving, climbing, river rafting, canyoning, skiing, paragliding, diving. Currently, Gigi is in charge of Outdoor4U adventure tourism programs, from conception to implementation, whereas they reflect his entire experience of over 20 years. He is pragmatic and very entrepreneurial. He is a Romanian Caving School monitor in the departments Alpine Caving Techniques, Canyoning, and an active member of the CORSA (Romanian Cave Rescue Team).

Vasile Neagomir (Vasi)

With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Vasi is part of the company's management team since the beginning. Since 2003 he is a trainer and is involved in organizing survival, climbing and diving activities. He is one of the remarkable climber in the country and he is certified for over 17 years as a advanced open water diver.

Horia Manea (Hori)

With 7 years of experience in sales department in companies like Unilever and Coca-Cola, in 2000 became a managing partner in Grup Sapte, one of the major BTL agencies in the country. Hori is one of the founders of Outdoor4U. He is specialized in training and consulting in the field of presentation and negotiation techniques, evaluating performances and leadership. He is altruistic, a good manager and he succeeds in constantly transmitting a positive energy to the whole team that motivates for performance. Hori is a sports lover, he is a fan of the CFR Cluj football team.

Daniel Cirlugea (Clio)

With a very complex personality, Clio discovered his trainer valences 12 years ago, when he began to be a facilitator on issues of communication, conflict management and human resources management. He is also a certified caving and canyoning instructor for the Romanian Federation of Speology. Finally, he has combined all his competences as an Outdoor4U trainer since 2003, being specialized in organizational culture, paintball and workshops of training on ropes. He is the technical director in the company. When he's not at O4U, it means that he is walking his basset on the hills.

Dragos Blaga

He is part of Outdoor4U team since 2007 and is specialized in sales and negotiation. Dragos has experience for 9 years in the advertising field, occupying positions as Team Leader or BTL Executive in several successful Romanian companies, but also in organizing international film festivals such as TIFF or the International Comedy Film Festival. For O4U he organizes special events. During his free time, Dragos plays basketball, enjoys swimming and river rafting.

Simona Vasilciu (Simo)

She is a member of the team since 2006. She has 10 years experience in teambuilding, children camps and project management. She works at the client service department for Outdoor4U and resolves all aspects regarding the implementation of a successful event. That means no matter if you put her in front of a class of children or a of a group of businessmen and women, Simona will do her job with competence and professionalism. When she has free time, she reads, dances and goes hiking.

Daniela Moldovan (Dana)

Her training as a camp counselor facilitated her rapid evolution in the children camp department. After she was certified as camp director in France, Dana and Gigi founded Outdoor4U Camps. With a solid preparation and over 10 years of experience in animation, Dana is forming new counselors by the French method, transferring them the enthusiasm with which, at her turn, she learned about teamwork, self-exceeding, leadership and resources management.

Tudor Isoc

He improved his leadership skills working with groups of volunteers. A few years later he attended a modern dance School and after that he learned basic alpine caving techniques. At Outdoor4U he has specialized in indoor teambuilding programs, paintball, climbing and caving.

Radu Salcudean

Radu is a photographer and was included in 2005 in Outdoor4U because the team needed an artist. In the company, Radu is responsible for the corporate image and the design of promotional materials. He also takes care that each event has the visual elements of personal identification. Some time ago he directed theater ... he kept the tricks working with actors, and now creates and implements the original screenplay for the organization of special events and teambuilding programs.
